I add a lot of cilantro ( since I love it!) but you can add less of it too!

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 mini cucumbers, chopped
1/2 of a ripe avocado
1 or 1/2 green serrano or halopeno chili ( omit for AIP)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro ( use 1/4 cup for mild cilantro taste)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup or a little more coconut milk
Blend all together to get a smooth creamy soup!

GRAIN FREE AND EGG FREE BANANA BREAD! That is actually delicious! Has such a great texture! This would be AIP elimination compliant too except for sunflower seed butter. But seeds are one of the first things I encourage my clients to reintroduce so this recipe is something you can try! I love @sunbutter and have recently started baking with it!
