What is included in the 4 week coaching program?

4 online sessions (one per week) with nutritional education and coaching
Weekly Meal plans for the 4 weeks (special plan provided for vegetarians) with recipes and grocery shopping list included.
Access to secret facebook group of program participants where participants can discuss anything and everything about the program, ask questions, clarify things and get guidance from a certified Nutritional therapist
Individual nutritional assessment can be purchased additionally (at a discounted cost) for customized diet and supplement recommendations (Group with 1:1 nutritional consultation). This is highly recommended for those with autoimmune conditions or other chronic conditions like diabetes, thyroid disease etc.

  1. Nutrition and lifestyle education – How to eat well, tips for proper digestion, how to deal with cravings, exercise and stress relief tips etc
