NEW RECIPE ALERT! BAKED TANDOORI SALMON! So easy to make and has amazing flavors! You can omit the red chilli powder or swap with black pepper powder if you want to keep it nightshade free. Pair it with a quick salad and you have a delicious meal under 30 mins! SAVE THIS POST!
This is another one of my healthy weight loss recipes! Paired with a salad it has a well balanced macro ratio of approx 30% carbs 40% protein and 30% fat!
3 Salmon filets about 4 oz each
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp sea salt
Lemon slices 10-12
Fresh cilantro leaves chopped
Pre heat oven to 400 F.
Take a mixing bowl and add all marinade ingredients. Mix to form a smooth marinade.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place lemon slices on the bottom. Place the salmon filets on top. Pour the marinade all over the salmon.
Place more lemon slices on top and also top with some of the fresh cilantro.
Bake at 400 F for 10-12 mins. Then remove tray out of the oven and turn oven setting to broil. Once it’s on broil, place tray back in on the uppermost rack next to broil and broil for 2 minutes taking care that the parchment doesn’t burn.

As I sat down to plan what content I should produce this year, I thought why not ask you guys! I am sure you all understand that producing content takes a lot of time and efforts. One of my personal resolutions for 2024 is to efficiently manage my social media by creating quality content that will benefit my followers.
