Japanese Carrot Ginger Salad dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1 small carrot or about 3/4 cup chopped
- 1/4 by 1/4 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sunbutter or organic peanut butter
Blend all together in a blender until smooth!
