¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice ( For AIP, use ½ tsp cinnamon and ¼ tsp ground ginger)
⅛ tsp sea salt
extra coconut milk to drizzle on top

Add everything into a blender and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. (If your blender is not high powered , you may need to add a little bit of water additionally to help blend - you can add water little bit at a time up to about ¼ cup water)
Drizzle with extra coconut milk on top before serving.
Notes
Do not skip the salt in this recipe as that sweet and salty balance is really important here to highlight the flavors!
