Health Benefits of Broccoli Sprouts and How to Grow Them

- 2 cups of broccoli sprouts
- 1 small size cucumber peeled and diced
- ½ of a small red onion, finely sliced or chopped
- ⅛ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp chaat masala (omit for AIP or use the AIP version given below)
- ¼ tsp rock salt
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Mix all ingredients together in a salad bowl and serve immediately!
