Looking for a dairy and egg free mayo? This garlic mayo could just do it for you! This is a recipe for a garlic spread that is a Lebanese recipe I believe that’s called as Toum. I have tried making Toum before however was unsuccessful! This recipe by @arazada worked out great! Thanks to @vid.sid for sharing this recipe on her feed which prompted me to give it a try! Thank you Vidya for also helping me do a conversion of the 7oz to a cup measure (3/4 th cup) and the recipe worked out great! Hope you guys can try it! I have used it as a dressing on salads, as a dip for pan fried fish and as a mayo for my fish tacos! If you are looking for a delicious gluten free, nut free, dairy free and refined sugar free treat, look no further! I made this delicious snack-treat using puffed rice. My mom used to make a treat for us when we were kids using Puffed rice or Mamra ( Kurmura) and jaggery. My daughter when she was younger loved this when my sister made it for her once when we visited India. Ever since that I have been wanting to recreate that treat. Being a small business owner is not easy. And the big guys always try to make it harder for us. I have had my share of problems with @amazon since listing my product 3 years ago. Every single time, my experience dealing with their customer service has been frustrating. It’s like amazon selling place is this huge giant with multiple silos and the customer service folks have absolutely zero idea of what’s going on! No wonder they keep making you go around in circles! This week I found out accidentally ( of course amazon never sent me an email saying they have inactivated my listing!) from my client who was trying to buy my book that my book was inactive! Considering the fact that amazon takes about $15 for every book I sell, this is very frustrating! Multiple calls and multiple emails and 3 days later, it is still inactive. The response I get from their customer service department also makes zero sense most of the time! I have been literally pulling my hair and hitting my forehead against a wall to figure out a solution to this issue.
